1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "Platform" means the fb99 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at fb-99.bio.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered a valid account on the fb99 Platform and is aged 21 years or older.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access the Platform's betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts shown separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives issued by fb99 subject to wagering requirements.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the fb99 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. fb99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable guidance on underage gambling.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The fb99 Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. fb99 does not warrant that the services are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Rule. Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the fb99 Platform. If fb99 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name, contact details, device, or payment method used — it reserves the right to close all such accounts, retain any bonuses, and withhold winnings generated through the duplicate accounts pending investigation.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party under any circumstances. fb99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact fb99 customer support immediately at [email protected]. fb99 will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to secure the account.

3.3 Account Ownership. Your fb99 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). fb99 operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with good industry practice. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate), proof of address, or evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period requested by fb99 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. fb99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances after providing reasonable notice. Players wishing to close their accounts voluntarily should contact customer support.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. fb99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and USDT (Tether). The minimum deposit amount and the minimum withdrawal amount are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated periodically.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being completed. fb99 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's mobile financial services provider or any banking intermediary.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification are typically processed within 60 minutes. fb99 reserves the right to take up to 5 business days to process withdrawals in cases where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.

4.4 Own Funds Only. You warrant that all funds deposited into your fb99 account are legally obtained and belong to you. fb99 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a Player. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name may be refused and returned.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. fb99 may, at its discretion, increase or decrease these limits for individual accounts based on account history, verification status, and risk assessment.

4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile financial services provider or bank in relation to a legitimate deposit made to your fb99 account constitutes a breach of these Terms. fb99 reserves the right to close any account from which a chargeback has been initiated and to pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn from that account prior to the chargeback.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. fb99 may from time to time offer deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh, and other incentives to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before a withdrawal may be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet amount, minimum odds for sports bets, and expiry date are communicated at the time each bonus is offered.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. fb99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any form of systematic exploitation that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and any remaining bonus balance will be removed from a Player's account upon expiry. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of any bonuses credited to their account.

5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. fb99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such withdrawal will not affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts that are being actively wagered in good faith.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting Rules. All sports bets placed on the fb99 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or the settlement of a bet, the decision of fb99's trading team shall be final, subject to the appeal process described in Section 10.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino. All casino games, including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other providers, are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are made available by the respective game providers.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, fb99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's account. fb99 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any game or service and shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

6.4 Bet Acceptance. fb99 reserves the right to decline any bet, limit stake amounts, or restrict betting markets for any individual account at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to limiting accounts that consistently bet at advantageous odds or display patterns consistent with professional arbitrage or matched betting activity.

• Void bets do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Cricket bets are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent).
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be void unless live/in-play betting is explicitly available for that market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each market and may differ between sports, leagues, and individual events.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb99 Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human recreational use.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sporting events featured on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players on the Platform, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or casino games.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activity, or any purpose contrary to applicable law.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fb99 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by fb99. fb99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, is engaging in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

8.2 Account Closure by fb99. Following investigation of a suspended account, fb99 may permanently close the account. Upon closure for a breach of these Terms, fb99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of the investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained legitimately and in accordance with these Terms, they will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by Player. A Player may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Any Real Money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Voluntary closure requests processed under the Platform's self-exclusion tool will be subject to the Responsible Gaming Policy.

9 Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb99 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from: (a) use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any decision made in reliance on content published on the Platform; (c) technical faults, server downtime, or data transmission errors; (d) unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from a failure by the Player to secure their credentials; or (e) any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and fb99 regarding bet settlement, account management, or any other matter, the Player should contact support at [email protected] in the first instance. fb99 commits to investigating all complaints in good faith and responding within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of fb99 management on all disputes shall, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, be final and binding.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 The collection, storage, and use of personal data submitted by Players in connection with their registration and use of the fb99 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

11.2 fb99 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where a Player has opted in to receive such communications.

12.3 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and fb99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
